31 March 2008, Boston, MA – I noticed this as I was crossing Marsh
Plaza on my way to the library at 8:20 IN THE MORNING. I took this
partly as proof that I was awake and moving around at that time, and
partly because the scene was pretty, making me feel okay about being
awake and moving around at that time. My favorite two details are the
backlit flag and the sunlight and shadows playing on the face of
Marsh Chapel. Unfortunately, as it tends to happen in New England,
the day did not live up to its morning promise and shortly turned
into a gray mess. Stupid weather.
